Many locations in Greece were key during the Crusades because they facilitated communication between the Holy Land and the West.
Today, we’re going to visit three castles on the island of Kos that were used during the Crusades: Neratzia Castle, Paleo Pyli Castle, and Antimacheia Castle.
These three castles are easy to visit and are also free.
