The route follows the coastline, passing by beautiful beaches, remains of the Examilia Wall, bunkers from WWII and some ancient ruins attributed to the lost population of Ancient Schinous.
Cenchreae is one of the most interesting open archaelogical sites of Greece, including ruins from Ancient times, Roman Times and Bizantine Times, above and under water.
Cenchreae was visited by Saint Paul, during his journey across Greece, and I was named in the Bible.
